Kathy Marshall  Leader, Innovator and Team Builder at legacy JP Morgan Chase Lending, Investment and Financial Services businesses: Ms. Marshall is an experienced money center bank executive in finance, investment and risk management having structured, financed and acted as CFO and Global Risk Manager for public and private companies and projects spanning traditional and clean power and fuel, transportation, consumer products, financial services, commercial and investment banking. Ms. Marshall brings 23 years as SVP-Managing Director of the Chase Manhattan Bank, where she built and led Lease and Tax Finance, Securitization, Structured Finance, and the Corporate Finance Advisory Division with a $2+ Billion portfolio of leveraged buyouts, project, equipment and receivable financing. As CFO, Head of Risk Management and New Products across 56 countries Ms. Marshall oversaw the trade finance, cash, securities and settlement management, investment management, and related lending activities across all financial, business planning, operations, technology, customer service, credit, legal and regulatory matters. Trusted Advisor, Financer and CFO to traditional and clean energy and financial companies: Over the past ten years, Ms. Marshall lead the critical assessment of 50 U.S. coal plants for Investment, Operation and Maintenance Overhaul, and Closure Selection working with the North American Reliability Company and the three largest U.S. Coal Plant Utilities. Ms. Marshall was also responsible for a 350 MW natural gas peaking generation acquisition program and over 150 MW of wind and solar project development and finance advisory across utility, commercial, and residential programs in the US. Ms. Marshall has structured and risk managed numerous project programs in waste to power and coal to liquid fuels. Ms. Marshall holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
