Vernon E. Faulconer, Inc. is a privately held acquisition and production company that specializes in enhancing the production of marginal gas wells.  Organized in 1981, the company has steadily grown to include operations in nine states. We now have offices in Tyler, Texas; Breaux Bridge, Louisiana; Dallas, Texas; and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  As a company, we believe our success-now and in the future-depends on a highly motivated and skilled employee team, a sound strategic acquisitions program and the best application of efficient recovery methods.

Vernon E. Faulconer moved to Marion, Kansas in 1960 and entered the oil and gas business as an independent oil and gas operator. The main focus was to purchase marginal oil wells for the purpose of either producing or plugging the wells. In 1970 Vernon E. Faulconer moved his oil and gas headquarters from Wichita, Kansas to Tyler, Texas. As a vehicle to operate the various oil and gas interests which had been accumulated over past years of operation, Vernon E. Faulconer, Inc. was formed in 1981. Today Vernon E. Faulconer, Inc. operates more than 480 oil and gas wells and accounts for over 400 non-operated wells.  Over the years, Vernon E. Faulconer, Inc. has expanded and now includes offices in Tyler, Texas, Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Dallas, Texas, besides multiple field offices. The company has continuously focused on the development and perfection of recovery techniques in marginal natural gas wells-a key to the success, growth and profitability of the company. Through a very high standard of wellhead maintenance and the creative application of developing technologies, the company creates significant new value through enhanced recovery.  Vernon E. Faulconer, Inc. has a fully staffed accounting, land, production, gas marketing and administrative team to provide effective management of oil and gas properties. Southeastern Pipe Line Company 

Effective February 1, 2006, we acquired the stock of Southeastern Pipe Line Company. Southeastern Pipe Line Company relocated its offices to Tyler, Texas and designated Vernon E. Faulconer, Inc. (VEF) as contract Operator of its properties in Wharton and Fort Bend counties. VEF will be responsible for collecting joint interest billings and distributing revenue payments effective as of March 2006.

Within our area of operations, we maintain an inventory of desirable leasehold acreage available for development. Many times these asset sales are through online auctions.
