The US Energy Services Companies consist of distinct business units that provide comprehensive energy solutions to municipal, education, governmental and large commercial customers throughout the southwestern United States. The companies provide concept development, project design, construction management, contracting, build-own-operate, maintenance service, measurement and verification, and financial services. The US Energy Services Companies are privately held with corporate headquarters located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Contracting

US Energy Services, Inc. is the contracting arm of the US Energy Services Companies. Our firm is an Arizona-based corporation that specializes in providing contracting services, with guaranteed results, related to energy efficiency improvements for schools, municipalities, commercial and waste water facilities throughout the Southwest. The scope of work that we offer includes the application of energy services such as high efficiency HVAC and lighting systems, control systems, building envelope improvements, cogeneration equipment, solar electric power systems, power quality improvements, utility tariff negotiation assistance, utility incentives, project financing, full service installation, maintenance, repairs, measurement and verification.Our firm carries licensing as a general and electrical contractor in multiple states and has a regional network of providers for specialty trades such as energy management systems, windows and HVAC systems. Each of the US Energy partners go through extensive screening and selection processes and are required to comply with our OSHA compliant safety program. US Energy has a written employee policy regarding ethics and drug use. Our field designers and uniformed technicians carry level one fingerprint background check identification. You can be confident that the US Energy Services team member at your facility is committed to doing the expected task in a safe and workmanlike manner to deliver a completed project that exceeds the customer’s expectations.

Operations

US Energy Operating Services is a California-based company that owns electrical generation and CHP facilities on long-term contracts to provide power purchase agreements (PPAs) to municipal and educational customers in select markets. The firm owns facilities developed by US Energy and its partners.  US Energy Operating Services often owns the facilities when there is a financial advantage to the customer to outsource total operations or to capture federal, state and local credits that are not available to municipal agencies. Most contracts are in excess of 15 years and include guaranteed results in the areas of generation quantities, system up-time, regulatory compliance or financial return.
