Our Operations and projects span a wide range of areas at any one time but may include seismic acquisition, exploration or development drilling, prospect and field evaluation studies, project construction, field development execution or production operations.
Tulip Oil Holding B.V. is a privately-held exploration and production operator based in The Hague. The Company operates assets in both the Netherlands and in Germany and is owned by funds advised by GNRI, management and staff.
The Company was established in 2010. It was recognized early on that Germany and The Netherlands were the preferred locations to focus Tulip’s expertise given the remaining potential for maturing untapped reserves, the proximity to market and the stable and supportive ï¬scal regimes.
Tulip Oil Holding B.V. (TOH) has two fully owned subsidiaries in the Netherlands (Tulip Oil Netherlands B.V. (TON) and Tulip Oil Netherlands Offshore B.V. (TONO)) and a fully controlled JV (90% holding) in Germany under Rhein Petroleum GmbH.
