We are locally and family owned and operated, serving 16 Georgia counties and 4 South Carolina counties. Our drivers and technicians serve the areas around where they live, so they are also your neighbors. Our employees are friendly and willing to serve all your propane needs, whether you just need a propane refill or you want to switch from electric to propane.  Our programs are offered to meet our customers’ needs, including a Keep Full option and a Budget Payment Plan. We can easily handle your propane refill, and we rent and install propane tanks from 120-1,000 gallons. In addition, we offer sales and installation of vent-free heaters, gas fireplace logs, gas fireplaces, outdoor grills, tankless water heaters, and more. Our personnel can sell, install, repair, and service almost all types of gas appliances.  We now have six offices in Georgia to conveniently serve you. Our main office in Waynesboro, and other offices in Statesboro, Sylvania, Springfield, Swainsboro and Augusta. Each office has a showroom filled with gas appliances and accessories such as live burning gas logs and fireplaces, gas heaters, vast selection of outdoor grills, fryers, steamers, grilling accessories, and more.  Call us for your propane needs from propane delivery to servicing or installing your gas appliance. Not only do we deliver to residential, commercial, and agricultural locations, but we can also refill your grill cylinders, forklift cylinders, 100-pound cylinders and others at any of our locations.

Our customers are our priority! TruFlame is dedicated to providing fast, courteous service along with fair pricing. Because our drivers live within their delivery area, they can deliver gas orders within two days. Unlike the national propane companies, TruFlame does NOT charge HAZMAT or delivery fees. We do our best to respond to service needs within two to three days.  In February 2012, TruFlame started a unique tradition for the community. Each month, we display a themed tank in front of our Waynesboro office. Recently, we have begun a display in front of our Augusta and Statesboro offices, also. The painted propane tanks are no longer usable for propane so this is a great way of recycling them. Everyone in the office has been a part, from brainstorming ideas to the preparation, painting and setting it on display. This is something we all enjoy, especially after hearing from our community how much it appreciates the work and anticipates new tanks.

Delivery

We offer propane delivery for TruFlame rental tanks and customer-owned tanks that pass inspection. Our goal is to complete your propane delivery within 48 hours of your order.  All propane tanks have a gauge on them. Watch your gauge and call to order gas when your gauge reads 20% so you will not run out of gas.

Service

Just like propane delivery or installation, our technicians can service or repair propane appliances. For propane service, all appliances must be connected to a TruFlame tank or connected to a customer-owned tank being serviced by TruFlame. If your gas system is with another propane company, then we cannot work on their system.
