Top Exergy was founded in Hanover at the beginning of 2014 with the purpose of energy consulting, planning and sales of highly efficient systems for everything to do with building technology.
The managing partner, Stefan Beisel, successfully completed his degree in physics and the post-graduate course to become a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has been dealing with the topics of energy efficiency, solar and resource-saving construction and the active use of solar energy since the mid-1990s for electricity, heating and cooling.
Top Exergy is involved in the promising, dynamically developing market of energetic renovation of existing buildings and energy-saving new buildings with qualified energy advice, the planning and sale of highly efficient systems for all aspects of building technology, taking into account the ecological and economic aspects in residential and non-residential buildings. A particular focus is on striving for low consumption and energy self-sufficiency in buildings, thus supporting the federal government's goals for climate-neutral buildings.
Top Exergy's business model consists, on the one hand, of the construction supervision, energy advice and generation of energy certificates and, on the other hand, of trading in efficient systems with photovoltaic systems for optimized self-consumption in combination with heat pumps and controlled apartment ventilation.
