About Company

Manufactured and tested packaged pump systems by TIGERFLOW provide critical advantages for system owners, designers and contractors. Liability and performance risks are eliminated. System designers appreciate the time savings and TIGERFLOW expertise built into each project. The benefits of TIGERFLOW as a single source solution have been proven again and again in virtually all building applications, including: Commercial, Plumbing, Irrigation, Industrial, Municipal, Fire Protection, HVAC, Heat Transfer, and Hot Water Heating.

Each factory built TIGERFLOW system is tested to meet in‐the‐field operating specifications before shipment. That means each unit arrives on site meeting and/or exceeding all relevant industry standards, in addition to site performance specifications. On time, every time deliveries of third party certified systems eliminate contractor performance penalties and delays. TIGERFLOW’s expertise renders site‐built/site‐certified systems a thing of the past.

Our promise to you is simple: your TIGERFLOW factory engineered system will arrive ready to operate reliably, to required specifications, with the simplest of site
installation.

Dolphin Equipment Corporation, Inc.

Project consisted of (4) Primary chilled water skids & controls. Mechanically the system design was simple. The controls and integration of existing equipment control on the site made it a challenge for all parties involved. In total there are (4) TIGERS EYE MARK VI variable speed controllers installed and communicating with each other in a master/slave configuration via BACNET. Three of the controllers have 10” color touch screens and the master has a 15” color touch screen. The control system monitors a large medical complex and controls (7) existing variable speed secondary pumps as well as two existing Systecon systems. Systems: (1) Triplex, 10 HP close coupled pumps, MARK VI variable speed controller (1) Duplex, 10 HP close coupled pumps, controlled as a slave (1) Triplex, 7.5 HP close coupled pumps, MARK VI variable speed controller (1) Triplex, 7.5 HP close coupled pumps, MARK VI variable speed controller (1) MARK VI master controller (57) Pressure transducers remote and system mounted (12) RTD Type temperature transmitters remote mounted.

Dolphin Equipment Corporation

Project consisted of (2) chilled water pumping packages to be placed on the roof of a data center. (2) TIGERFLOW model numbers ES-3000-HVAC-VFD-PEC. (1) Simplex system & (1) duplex system. Equipment consisted of the following Duplex: (2) Paco VSMS, Model 6015-7, 75 HP, 3600 RPM, 460/3/60VAC (2) 8” Paco triple duty valves and (2) 8” wye strainers (1) 10” Air separator (2) 5 gallon chemical feeders for water treatment (1) Glycol feed unit with 200 gallon tank (1) TIGEREYE Mark VIII HVAC/data communication controller, with (2) 18 pulse drives (1) TIGEREYE Mark III level control panel Simplex: (1) Paco VSMS, Model 6015-7, 75 HP, 3600 RPM, 460/3/60VAC (1) 8” Paco triple duty valves and (1) 8” wye strainers (1) TIGEREYE Mark VIII HVAC/data communication controller, with (1) 18 pulse drive Both systems were fabricated in parallel as they needed to be performance tested as a master/slave Units. In addition the two new units were required to communicate with an existing TIGERFLOW system already in place. The performance test was witnessed by representatives from the end user, the installing contractor and Dolphin Equipment. Both systems were enclosed in an environmental enclosure rated for 120MPH winds and 40# live loads. The skid system was specifically designed to sit on roof curbs to prevent water ingress into the building.

Woodford Reserve Distillery

Woodford Reserve's barrel houses are kept a constant temperature by TIGERFLOW's packaged boiler skid. The system consists of:
(5) 3000 MBH boilers with integrated controls and BACNet communication.
(5) 1hp recirculation pumps
(2) 50HP main pumps
(1) 528 gallon expansion tank
(1) Mark VII Control panel with a custom program and sequence of operations written by our own in-house engineering and programming team.
Factory start-up was handled by Tigerflow’s engineering team, insuring seamless operation and integration with the site.
