Bulk Tank Monitoring

The Bulk Product Monitoring Agreement allows you to remotely monitor fluid levels and plan orders based on historical trending patterns using SmartLogix, SmartTank technologies. The system can incorporate multiple tanks and multiple tank farm locations, helping you to identify usage trends and manage your bulk inventory. The SmartTank system can also be set to automatically trigger orders based on usage trends and pre-set minimum stock levels. It provides a platform for proactive inventory management and compliments our other VMI services. The Bulk Product Monitoring Agreement will identify minimum bulk product levels, order triggers, delivery time restrictions and preferences, proof of delivery documentation, billing cycles, and communication process for production changes.

On-Site Frac Fueling Services

On-Site Lubrication Services

Thomas Petroleum Lube Technicians can perform on-site lubrication tasks such as engine oil drain/change, oil analysis sample taking, engine coolant testing/top-off, and hydraulic oil system drain/change operations. This Service enables you to keep your equipment on-site and not lose valuable production time by bringing the equipment back to the shop for routine lubrication services. This Service also avoids costly on-road permitting for off-highway equipment transport.  Our Technicians follow agreed upon Service Procedures to ensure all appropriate steps are taken and leave a work order completion record for your personnel. Our customers typically provide the required filters, and Thomas Petroleum will take away waste oil and filters as part of the Service.
