The Quiat Companies is an innovative investment company, which is comprised of approximately thirty real estate and oil & gas holdings throughout the United States.  Founder Gerald M. The Quiat Companies hold prime Oil and Gas investments in several strategic locations throughout the United States with large mineral holdings all over the western U.S. comprising an interest in over 7000 wells.   We continue to expand our portfolio through acquisition and/or investment in new working interest, mineral interest, or overriding royalty interest opportunities.  Our expert and professional land staff are here to help mineral owners in all facets of oil and gas.  Some of the services we offer include lease negotiations both for an individual or as a group, understanding lease terms and, what are your legal rights and options as a mineral owner.
