Texas International was born out of a lifelong friendship of the Company owners, Rex Shepperd and Stephen Edwards. Their childhood friendship grew into a working relationship as oilfield hands during the oil boom of the 1970’s. Together they formed the business venture known as Texas International Oilfield Tools, LTD. TI has grown from a handful of employees that serviced a local market to a leading provider in the global market today.
