Since 1958, Texas Butane Co. Inc. has been a full-service, family-owned-and-operated propane dealer supplying all of the propane gas needs in Parker, Palo Pinto, Hood, Tarrant and Wise Counties.  We offer a variety of services including propane delivery, cylinder fills, tank sales, tank leasing, propane installation and tank repair.    At Texas Butane Co. Propane Tanks

If you need a propane tank or a propane refill, come in to our office on the square in downtown Weatherford anytime or simply give us a call.  We love getting to know our customers! We realize that knowing our customers is just as important today as it was in 1958, so come by our office and meet our family and employees.    We provide propane delivery for every sized propane tank and we can help you decide during your construction which tank size is appropriate for your house or business.    Over the last 59 years weve learned quite about propane and propane tank systems. Let our experience in the industry as a propane dealer work for you!    The “Keep Full” program ensures our customers get the best pricing per gallon and takes the worry out of watching their tank gauge.  If you require more tank monitoring than the “Keep Full” service, we also offer satellite/cellular tank monitoring.    When you couple our popular “Keep Full” program or satellite tank monitoring with the largest propane storage facility in the area, youll never have to worry about being without propane gas even in severe winter weather!

Grills and Gas Logs

Choose from our complete line of Holland Grills and Twin Eagle barbecue grills.    At Texas Butane Co. Inc., we only sell what we personally use.  When you buy a grill from us, you can be assured that not only are we cooking on them ourselves but we are also big fans of the product.  We only sell products that weve tested, owned and found to be exceptionally made, easy to care for, easy to maintain and worth the money.  Weve narrowed it down to what we feel are the absolute best  grills that will outlast and out cook every other propane grill on the market.  Weve also taken the same approach with our vent-free gas logs.  Weve narrowed those down to just a couple that have proven to be reliable and safe.  We primarily sell American-made R.H. Peterson gas logs.  In our opinion, their quality far exceeds their competition in the gas log market.

Propane Delivery & Other Propane Services

Our dedicated teams of propane dealers do full propane installations on our propane tanks.  We handle everything from start to finish, including setting the tank of your choice, installing the gas lines, installing the proper regulators based on overall BTU needs, doing the final leak test, delivering the gas and finally lighting the appliances.  We have tanks in all sizes - both above ground and underground - at our storage facility ready to be installed. 

Propane Tank Installation

Our utmost priority in propane installation is customer safety.  Our employees are LPG licensed, certified and are required to take continuous educational courses through the Texas Railroad Commission.  In addition to those industry standards, as a company we also have our own mandatory safety training classes where we review safety procedures, review the latest regulations and examine trends in safety. We understand how important it is to continue our education in safety for both our employees and our customers.  As a result of our commitment to safety, we received the “Dono Day Safety Award” in 2012 by the Texas Propane Gas Association.  This award is given to one propane dealer in the state of Texas each year.

Propane Tank Repair

If your propane tanks are not maintained properly, they will likely need repairs. Its important to keep up with your propane tanks in order to avoid them being out of service and unsafe.   Preventative maintenance will ensure that your propane tanks have a long life with little repairs.
