Services

• Tejas Tubular Oilfield Services provides tubular make-up services for both tubing and casing. We utilize integral tongs, computer, and handling tools for tubing. For casing running services we use appropriate tongs and handling tools up to 13 3/8″. Our services can be performed on carbon, alloy, and chrome pipe; also, for all connections Two-Step, API and Premium. We prep using the appropriate compound and use the proper tongs and tools before running the tubing and casing down-hole.
• Our Torque-Turn service utilizes the CT4500 tong -mounted computer to perform torque turn on API connections. Our Torque monitoring service uses high resolution sensors in conjunction with the Contech CT3000 software to monitor and control the make-up of internally shouldered premium connections.
• Tejas Tubular Oilfield Services provides an all-hydraulic, self-contained PICKUP LAYDOWN MACHINE (PULD) that can quickly position a joint of tubing every 15 seconds. The v-trough has a set of retractable fingers which enable the pipe to be picked up or discharged in a safe fashion from either side. The self-locking conveyor trolley is chain driven and mounted safely in the v-trough.
