Tapstone Energy is a growth-oriented, independent oil and natural gas company focused on the development and production of oil, natural gas, and NGLs in the Anadarko Basin in Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas, while also maintaining a disciplined financial strategy. The Company’s Executive Management team has collectively drilled more than 10,000 horizonal wells across every major US play, demonstrating a proven track record of developing emerging plays. Tapstone’s core development area is the NW Stack play located in the Anadarko Basin in Oklahoma. Tapstone also own interests in Mature Producing oil and natural gas properties in various fields located in the Anadarko Basin with long-lived reserves, predictable production profiles and limited capital expenditure. The Company reinvests the cash flow from the Mature Producing Properties into drilling and completing high return NW Stack wells. Tapstone’s contiguous leasehold position in the NW Stack allows for longer lateral, cost efficient development program of our extensive inventory of operated horizontal drilling locations. As the technical leaders in the NW Stack, we have more operational data and knowledge, than any other party, which has led to significantly decreased drilling and completion costs and an increase of predictability in the play since 2016. Tapstone’s experienced operations team will continue to optimize drilling and completion designs to drive greater returns in the play.
