Tall Oak Midstream was founded in early 2014 by a team of experienced executives with diverse and complementary backgrounds across the midstream and upstream sectors. With a firm belief in a set of core values and a dedication to creating a customer-driven company that operates with excellence as its standard and innovation as a requirement, the Tall Oak team provides oil and gas producers a full suite of midstream services custom designed to meet our customers' specific requirements and help achieve their business objectives. Our core capabilities include:

• Crude oil gathering, storage and transportation;
• Condensate and water handling;
• Product marketing solutions;
• Quickly responding to our customers' needs with value-creating solutions.

Tall Oak established an impressive footprint of gathering, processing and compression assets in Oklahoma’s STACK and CNOW plays that included more than 500 miles of planned pipeline (375 miles in service), multiple compressor stations and 175 MMcf/d in processing capacity. These assets were sold to a subsidiary of EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE:ENLK) and EnLink Midstream, LLC (NYSE:ENLC) in January 2016.

Tall Oak Midstream II, LLC was established in April 2015 and is pursuing greenfield and acquisition opportunities in other oil and gas plays across North America. Our goal is to become the midstream provider of choice by forging strong bonds and relationships with our customers and focusing on safe, efficient and reliable operations.

Tall Oak Midstream III, LLC, was formed in 2017 and will pursue midstream opportunities across North America outside the Northwest STACK.
