Synergy began as a home-based business in November 2006. Today, Synergy is a national company, with seven offices located in five provinces and we are thrilled to be celebrating 10 years of continuous service. Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way in this incredible journey.  When starting the business, endless hours were spent batting around company names. In the end, we landed on Synergy as it was indicative of our core beliefs and fundamental conviction of working together toward the greater good. The vision we had then we still believe in today and hope will be Synergy’s legacy.  Whether a project entails bringing heat to homes, power to agriculture, or individuals to family via roadways, our job is to make every effort to ensure that a positive outcome is reached. That means we consult with, listen to, and work with parties involved on both sides to achieve mutually agreeable results. Through professionalism, continuous training, and genuine care for the communities where we work, we aim to achieve true synergy with the public and industry

Growth has been strategic in that the ownership team has continually identified areas of opportunity, hired staff and opened offices to accommodate existing and potential clients. To-date, growth has also been organic, and based on the theory that hiring people who live where they work will have strong community ties, good landowner relationships and an understanding of local affairs.  We believe that our growth is a result of:   1) providing excellent service to existing clients and being rewarded with work in additional business units;  2) building a credible reputation in the industry;  3) the ability to attract and retain key talent;  4) diversifying our overall service offerings; and  5) instilling the belief that individual success is as important as corporate success.  As we celebrate 10 years in business, we are proud to note that 15 current staff members have been with Synergy between five and 10 years. Of those, nine are on the management or executive team. We believe that this speaks to Synergy’s positive environment and culture. We look to this group to take the company forward and to attain even greater triumphs.
