Sval started out as Solveig Gas, owners of gas infrastructure for the oil and gas industry. Since then, we have expanded into exploration & production, acquired licences in oil and gas fields, and invested in renewable wind power.
Being a small organisation has many benefits. There is often a short amount of time between finding an opportunity and signing a contract. Our flat organisational structure ensures that anyone in Sval can bring ideas to the table and contribute to the company’s growth and development.
Our plans are ambitious, and we’re working towards a more sustainable future. We aim to be a major Norwegian organisation in the energy sector, holding a strong and sustainable portfolio relevant for decades to come.
Our investors see lots of opportunities in the energy sector, including renewables, so as production grows we are constantly looking for more skilled and experienced people who can take Sval further.
