Stanolind Oil and Gas LLC is an independent oil and gas producer with headquarters in Midland, Texas. Stanolind's management has a very strong knowledge base in the Permian Basin and throughout the U.S.

Stanolind seeks out producing properties, drilling and work over candidates at all producing depths in the Permian Basin and throughout the U.S. While there is no preferred size of acquisition, Stanolind will evaluate packages ranging from the few thousands of dollars to over $1 billion in size. Stanolind is capitalized by its management and Natural Gas Partners.

Stanolind Oil and Gas LLC was formed in late 2013. The company currently operates, through its wholly owned subsidiary, SOGO III LLC, in Hockley, Cochran, Winkler, Crockett Counties in Texas; Lea County, New Mexico; and Garvin and McClain counties in Oklahoma.
