Split Rock Resources ("SRR") leadership team has over 75 years of combined oil and gas experience including extensive experience in forming a number of successful partnerships in the DJ Basin with both public and private operators. SRR was formed in January 2019 with an equity commitment from North Hudson Resource Partners ("North Hudson"). SRR works with operators to find solutions that help to optimize drilling programs and capital budgets. Our team has the experience, expertise, and financial strength to close transactions quickly and efficiently.

SRR primarily acquires DJ Basin assets comprised of non-operated working interests in all phases of the well life-cycle including permitted wells, drilled but uncompleted wells, and producing wells. Our team has the financial strength and in-house expertise to close transactions quickly and smoothly alleviating any time or budget constraints such as elections or consents. We look to build relationships with operators and assist in the optimization of asset development and capital management. Our local expertise and relationships with top-tier operators allows us to expedite well evaluations before, during, and after the development stage.
