The management team has vast experience in the drilling industry, and staff members are focused on excellence and service in everything they do.  Spartan Offshore provides jack-up well drilling, workover and completion services throughout the Gulf of Mexico and the Cook Inlet Alaska. Spartan Offshore's jack-up rig fleet consists of four "deep well" jack-up drilling rigs ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 HP. They have capabilities to operate in water depths of 14 to 262 feet.  Check rigs and rig status pages for specifications and availability of each unit.  We are currently negotiating a major recapitalization that will facilitate the purchase of additional rigs to be marketed and operated on a global basis. Additionally, Spartan has an agreement in place with a Mexican company to manage and operate up to four (4) new build platform rigs under contract with Pemex.
