Solution Technologies was incorporated in 1992 to serve as a manufacturers sales rep for filtration, separation, and wastewater treatment equipment and systems. In 1997, the company expanded to become the United States distributor for Arai Machinery Corporation, Pure-Grade filtration and separation equipment. Pure-Grade equipment provided extensive opportunities in a variety of industries in all corners of the USA. From 2002 until present, STI has focused on supplying Solution Technologies filtration and separation equipment and turn-key systems, with a focus on supplying custom, designed, integrated, food-grade systems Eight years of design improvements on proven technology has resulted in development of several specific integrated process systems and unit operations.
Solution Technologies (STI) is a manufacturer and supplier of sustainable integrated separation, recovery and process technologies custom designed and specified for select applications in a variety of industries. STI Technologies provide revenue enhancing advantages for the food, meat, dairy, neutraceutical, bio-products, bio-fuels and allied ingredient and chemical processing industries. STI offers our customers over 30 years of experience in process design and optimization in the industries outlined. Auto/Coat Filtration System - ACFS
The Auto/Coat System - A/CFS filters and purifies liquid products and process fluids. The ACFS provides significant filtration performance, utilizing permanent porous filter elements. Auto / Decant System - ADS
The Auto/Decant System - ADS recovers and processes liquids generated from fully cooked meat and cheese processing operations. The ADS provides simple and effective performance to remove fat oil and grease from waste water streams. This automated system removes water and solids from the FOG so it is a marketable by-product from the process.

Dissolved Air Flotation System - DAFS
The Dissolved Air Flotation System - DAFS is an effective tool to remove fat, oil, grease, small particulates and suspended solids from liquids. Maximum separation and clarification performance is achieved by the DAFS advanced flotation technology. The DAFS can process products, process fluids or wastewater at point of use to recover raw materials or by-products. The DAFS is effective pre-treatment to improve performance of further filtration.
