Sol Orchard’s senior management has run multimillion dollar enterprises and built and managed many hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate projects over the past 20+ years. Sol Orchard project development staff includes experienced real estate acquisition, site entitlement and construction personnel and a support team of engineering / environmental consultants that will prepare permit submittal materials. This project team of real estate professionals and consultants will provide a full range of services for the successful development and construction of projects.
