Established in 1976 as Sicotte Drilling Ltd., the company offered an extensive selection of virtually every size and type of roller-cone bits; used in the exploration, drilling and production sectors of the oil and gas as well as water well industries.

In 1987, Sicotte Drilling Tools Ltd. amalgamated with F & R Oilfield Services Ltd., a company established in 1978 that was actively involved in the sale, service and rental of rerun roller-cone bits and hole openers. In addition, F & R Oilfield Services Ltd. provided general oilfield and materials management services. The two companies merged as Sicotte Drilling Tools and Supply Ltd.

In 2003, Sicotte Drilling Tools and Supply Ltd. was acquired and has since been operating as Sicotte Drilling Tools Inc., beginning the changes that have brought us to where we are today - a company driven by the increasingly performance-hungry oil and gas industry.
