Awful and dishonest company!! We have been a customer for 12+ years and about 6 months ago paid them $250 to come install lines for a new gas stove in our kitchen. After it was installed, we smelled propane in the kitchen when we had been gone all day. Months later we finally called (as it seemed to be getting worse) and were told that if they found an issue with the lines we would have to pay for them. Obviously we did not agree with this because we had JUST paid them to install all new lines. My husband told them not to even bother coming we would get the issue assess ourselves. He was told that since we called they had to come out. So they came out and said nothing was wrong but mysteriously the smell disappeared after they came. Then we received an invoice for $149 for coming out to assess a problem they created when installing the lines we paid them to install. My husband tried repeatedly to speak with a manager and was unable to get one. They finally removed $50 of the charge, without ever even speaking to us, but continued to bill for the other $95 or so. Then without any notice, they disconnected our service in the middle of the winter! We called and someone was finally sent out to reconnect the service for the night but when they got there they said there was a leak and it would remain off for the night. The next day they came out and said it would be an additional $200+ to fix the leak and that the service manager refused to do anything about the original $95 and if we didn't pay all of it right then they would disconnect the gas again. Absolutely dishonest company to charge the $95 for a problem arising from something we paid them to do and they did improperly in the first place! I don't even disagree with the $200 as that was on our part of the equipment. But we will be calling another propane company to install a new tank no matter what the cost, over $95 and dishonest management!
