ShalePro Energy Services offers a full suite of best-in-class natural gas focused field services spanning the Appalachian Basin - Marcellus/Utica shale play, as well as basins across the US.  We have more than 23 years of production and midstream industry experience and currently provide well hook-up services, operate and maintain more than 2,000 wells, hundreds of compressors and associated facilities, hundreds of miles of gathering system pipelines, and are available nationwide.

History

ShalePro Energy Services (formerly Basin Energy Group) is headquartered in the metro-Pittsburgh area, heart of the Marcellus/Utica Shale Basin and is proud to provide best-in-class services to the production and midstream sectors of the ever-growing oil and natural gas industry.  The company was formed with the backing of Turning Basin Capital (www.turningbasin.com) through a series of acquisitions and mergers. Through those integrations, we evolved into a single brand, ShalePro Energy Services. This began in 2014 with ProActive Services (Compressor Operations and Pigging Services). Starett Energy Services (General Operations & Maintenance Services) was added in 2015, followed by Appalachian Production Services (Well Tending and Production Services) in 2016, and Katko (Well Hook-ups/Installation and Fabrication Services) in 2017. ShalePro now has more than 300 employees servicing the industry across the Appalachian Basin, as well as in shale plays across the country.  ShalePro has a combined history of operating in the industry for 20+ years and we are continuing that service of excellence today as one combined, and even stronger, brand.

MIDSTREAM SERVICES

ShalePro’s midstream focus is from the well pad through the gathering system to compressor stations. We specialize in compressor operations and maintenance services, as well as tie-in lines, pigging services, inline inspection services, dehydration units, and other general services including welding, hydro testing, pressure washing, painting, and valve greasing and maintenance. Services are offered 24/7 by highly trained midstream operators, many of which are OQ qualified, and maintenance crews throughout the Appalachian Basin and across the nation.

PRODUCTION SERVICES

ShalePro’s production services cover every phase of production operations.  ShalePro provides experienced crews for complete well/facility hookups ranging from high pressure multi-well pads through low pressure conventional wells.  Post completion, highly trained contract well tenders manage production 24/7 for the life of the well.  We offer operations support and maintenance labor throughout the production process.
