Our Bolingbrook location is also headquarters to Action Truck Parts, a VIPAR member and supplier of heavy duty truck components. The Diesel Service Center, a full service diagnostic and service facility, also operates from our Bolingbrook location. Seidel Diesel Group was founded in 1981 by Geret Seidel. Current operations are in our state-of-the-art facility in Bolingbrook, IL. Today, the Seidel Diesel Group has over 145 dedicated employees at 12 locations. Our commitment is to provide customers superior quality, service and workmanship which has contributed to our continued growth internationally.

• January 1981 Midwest Fuel Injection opens in Orland Park, IL.
• July 1993 Midwest Fuel Injection opens its second shop in Palatine, IL.
• April 1998 Midwest purchases the diesel repair division of C.A. Khrone and Sons in Springfield, MA. Later this year operations are moved to Agawam, MA. Because of its east coast location the shop becomes the first Metro Fuel Injection.
• December 2005 Midwest headquarters moves from Orland Park, IL to their new state of the art facility in Bolingbrook, IL.
• January 2008 Midwest Fuel Injection acquires Illinois Valley Diesel Injection Service in Peru, IL. This becomes the third Midwest location.
• November 2009 Midwest Fuel Injection acquires Vans Fuel Injection in Marion, IA. This becomes the fourth Midwest location.
• May 2010 Midwest Fuel Injection acquires Fuel Injection Sales & Service, Inc. in Allentown, PA. This becomes the second Metro location.
• December 2010 Midwest Fuel Injection acquires H&L Fuel Injection in Deep River, CT. This becomes the third Metro location.
• July 2011 Midwest Fuel Injection expands to the west coast acquiring Northern Factors Diesel in Portland, OR. Because of the west coast location the shop becomes the first Pacific Fuel Injection.
• September 2013 We opened our Clean Room at our Bolingbrook Headquarters. The Clean Room enables us to produce the highest quality remanufactured common rail injectors. We use the Bosch process to rebuild our injectors, assuring our customers of the highest quality standards in the world.
• February 2015 Midwest Fuel Injection expands to the southern United States acquiring Clean Air Fuel Injection in Boca Raton, FL. Because of their access to international ports the shop becomes the first International Fuel Injection.
• July 2016 Seidel Diesel Group acquires Darryl Dupre Truck Parts in Rockdale, IL. This becomes the second Action Truck Parts location.
• September 2018 Seidel Diesel Group acquires Associated Fuel Injection in Modesto, CA.
