SALT REAL ESTATE COMPANY (“SaREC”)

SALT Real Estate Company (“SaREC”) buys or leases some of the sites that SALT Energy Group develops, and then supplies them to our individual projects. SaREC currently seeks qualified open land across the U.S. for long-term lease or purchase. Our focus includes raw land ranging from 5 to 100 acres in Maryland, New England, New York, Texas, Nevada, Minnesota or Connecticut.  SaREC is also interested in using clean energy generation to rehabilitate brownfield sites for productive uses.

CONSULTING

SALT Energy Group’s consulting activities serve the needs of companies, governments and organizations that seek to expand their knowledge, use, and efficiency of their Distributed Energy resources. SALT consults on strategy and process for the development, financing, and investment across the full range of clean and alternative energy projects.  Additionally we provide services for due diligence, the application for and attraction of government incentives, suitability analysis, financial analysis and general market consulting services.
