Looking to offset your electrical consumption? Right from the first step, your system is designed by our own Red Seal journeyman electrician. We will ensure your system provides the maximum amount of energy possible for your property.  SAGE Energy will submit Enhanced Net Metering applications on your behalf, and ensure that the process is as seamless as possible. Installed systems will continue to produce energy for over 25 years, and the components we choose and our installation will ensure the longest life for your equipment.

Grid-Tied Solar

Solar PV can be used in a grid-tied application to produce your own clean green electricity, with or without a battery bank backup.  SAGE Energy has the expert technical knowledge to ensure that your project is designed and installed properly – the first time.  Solar photovoltaic (PV) panels are available in several sizes and manufacturers. We customize each project to our client’s needs, based on a variety of factors such as equipment availability, suitability for the climate, and specific needs of the site. All of the equipment that we sell and install is approved for use in Canada.

Off-grid solar?

An off-grid solar system captures sunlight with solar panels and stores the energy in a bank of deep cycle batteries. Because solar panels produce energy only when the sun is shining (no, they don’t work at night – check our FAQ page), battery storage is necessary to ensure access to electricity at all times.

Wind Turbines

SAGE Energy has been involved with installation or service of wind turbines by several manufacturers in the watt, kilowatt (kW) and megawatt (MW) sizes. Properly designed, located, and installed, wind turbines can be a perfect clean energy choice.  SAGE Energy prefers to support Canadian-made products wherever possible. We also support a number of manufacturers from the U.S. whose models meet our stringent criteria, in particular those products designed to withstand our coastal maritime climate.
