Doug Miller and Doug Ramsey have been working together in oil and gas exploration and development since 1992. From 1997-2007, they conducted over 160 transactions in the North America including the Eagle Ford, Haynesville and Marcellus Shale plays, accumulating $6 billion in assets and 15,000 wells in the process. In 2013, Miller and Ramsey formed Saddle Operating, LLC. The company is partnered with First Reserve for capital and operational support, and is comprised of a highly specialized and technically proficient team.
