Ruptela is a Lithuanian telecommunications company that develops transport management solutions. The company produces GPS/Glonass tracking and monitoring software and hardware and provides the relevant solutions. The company’s products are designed for real-time monitoring of vehicles and optimisation of vehicle operations.
Established in 2007, at present the company has representative offices in 5 countries, whereas its partners and clients are located in 116 countries of the world. Ruptela UAB has representative offices in Russia, the Ukraine, Belarus, Poland and Ireland. The headquarters of the company are in Vilnius, the hardware production facility is in Kaunas.

We have a very diverse young team – the average age of our employees is 28 years.
As we work in more than one-half of the countries of the world, we speak as many as 15 languages in our offices: Lithuanian, Russian, English, Polish, Spanish, Arabic, German, French, Hindu, Urdu, Punjabi, Latvian, Dutch, Turkish and Italian. The real-time vehicle monitoring and control solution enables real-time tracking to provide complete visibility of vehicles. With the comprehensive information on the location, status and use of the vehicle, action can be taken to save time and money and to plan business better.
This software and hardware solution enables the monitoring and analysing almost all the parameters of the vehicle’s operation with the aim to increase productivity.
How does it work?
The fuel monitoring solution is designed for the monitoring and optimisation of fuel costs. TrustTrack and GPS tracking equipment show the fuel level in the tank and the actual fuel consumption. This information can be viewed upon connection to the vehicle computer (CAN bus) or using the fuel level sensor.
The vehicle monitoring and control system generates detailed reports which will enable the monitoring of efficient use of fuel: the reports will identify the drivers that waste fuel by their driving style and which vehicles are inefficient.
The fuel monitoring solution shows when the vehicle was filled with fuel and allows detecting fuel thefts. In case of fuel theft from the tank the tracking system will give a warning via email or by SMS.
Digital fuel sensors measure fuel throughout the height of the tank, which helps to avoid blind areas and the measuring bias is only 3-4%. The solution is also suitable for very large fuel tanks.
Applications:
The GPS tracking equipment and TrustTrack vehicle monitoring and control system enable direct monitoring of the data on the vehicle’s on-board computer. The advanced equipment collects the basic vehicle information – such as mileage, fuel level and costs, speed etc. and transmits it to the system.
The data can be read from over 100 light vehicles without any additional devices (without affecting vehicle warranty).

The purpose of the fuel efficient solution is to teach drivers to apply a fuel efficient and safe driving style and to cut the company’s operating costs.
Fuel efficient driving is a method of advanced driving, its main principles being economical and safe driving and sparing use of the vehicle and fuel, in this way reducing the impact on the environment and human health. This driving style aims at using the opportunities provided by modern vehicles to the largest extent possible.

Economic benefits – the driver following the warnings displayed on the fuel efficient driving panel can reduce fuel costs by up to 20% and minimise the vehicle servicing costs.

The transport management solutions can also be applied to trailers and semi-trailers including refrigerated semi-trailers. GPS tracking equipment is installed in trailers and, using the TrustTrack system, monitoring of the main vehicle and trailer parameters is possible.
Using the GPS tracking equipment designed specifically for semi-trailers including refrigerated semi-trailers, TrustTrack enables the monitoring also the status of ThermoKing, Optitemp and Carrier refrigerators.
The solution is very well suited for protecting cargoes, in particular when fast-spoiling goods are transported. Warnings about opening of the trailer door and changes in the trailer’s inner temperature will enable the driver to take action in due time and to protect the cargo.
Main functions:
Remote tachograph reading is a solution that enables to read the tachograph and the driver card remotely and to send the data to TrustTrack system. The solution simplifies the working time accounting process as all the data is collected and the reports are generated automatically. This leads to the staff’s working time savings and the minimisation of the possibility of a data collection failure or data loss due to human error.
The data from the digital tachograph and the driver card is transmitted in the officially adopted .ddd format meeting the requirements of the National Road Transport Inspectorate. Furthermore, the solution enables the reading of driver card issued in other countries as well.

Safety of the driver, the vehicle and the cargo is of vital importance. The value of the vehicle and the cargo can be very high, therefore, additional means of protection are indispensable.
Vehicle safety solutions include the GPS tracking device, TrustTrack vehicle tracking system, and accessories/sensors depending on the preferred level of protection.
Unforeseen events and faults
Monitoring of vehicle location and mechanisms: upon detecting an unforeseen deviation from the route or an error displayed by the on-board computer, the driver can be contacted to clarify the situation.
Driver identification
In order to ensure vehicle safety and good technical condition, it is important to know who and when was driving it and who was in charge of it. Driver identification is realised by means of special driver identification keys or cards.
Emergency management
In an emergency the driver may quickly send an alarm to the traffic control centre and the manager by pushing a button. In addition, in such situations it is possible to full block the vehicle’s engine remotely and to track the vehicle using the system.
Stationary generators are equipped with large fuel tanks that are often targeted by thieves. Fuel monitoring is vitally important in order to ensure uninterrupted operation of the generator. The ability to monitor fuel consumption and fuel level in the tank means that a fuel theft will be noticed immediately so that action can be taken.
Any addition or theft of fuel is notified by SMS or via email or a warming is received in TrustTrack vehicle monitoring and control system. Constantly updated generator operating reports will enable a more efficient management of the available resources.
