EcoPro Ozone Systems
EcoPro ozone sparging systems from Calcon Systems offer an automated solution to the complex process of injecting ozone gas at high-pressures in stabilized, continuous volumes for successful in-situ soil and ground water remediation.
EcoPro is quickly becoming the industry standard for remediating contaminants at gas stations, bulk terminals, dry cleaners, pipeline locations, manufacturing facilities, and underground storage tank sites. Recent design enhancements are allowing EcoPro to provide even greater value and performance, guaranteeing minimal downtime and speedy site closures.
EcoPro ozone sparging systems are fully integrated and PLC automated skids that provide a high-pressure stream of ozone gas though automated output ports. Users view and control operating pressures, the gas flow rate, the desired ozone concentration, cycle times, total ozone injection hours, total ozone injection pounds, and diagnostics for each individual port via a 6” color touch screen. The system logs alarms and historical data of operating values to a USB memory stick for importing into a spreadsheet, and color graphs of historical data trends can be viewed on-screen to track system performance. These logging features save considerable time when preparing site reports. Our unique, intuitive controls allow for a far more effective and efficient remediation system compared to any alternative solutions.
Available in standard models ranging from 0.5 lbs/day to 8.0 lbs/day ozone output, EcoPro skids feature stainless steel skid construction, stainless steel actuated ball valves (up to 30, with 8 standard), a 100,000-hour rotary screw air compressor, and proven industrial process instrumentation to maximize reliability and minimize maintenance costs with a 100% duty cycle rating.
