Well be in your neighborhood - keeping you safe
To ensure the safe delivery of natural gas to your home or business, over the next several months, we will be in your neighborhood conducting a safety inspection of your natural gas meter. As required for your safety, the inspections will assess the condition of the service line pipe and can quickly be completed. We appreciate your cooperation as we access your natural gas meter.
Commercial & Industrial Demand Response
Our commercial and industrial demand response programs are designed to reduce electricity consumption during periods of peak use from May 1 to September 30, which will help maintain system reliability in your community and potentially lead to lower electricity prices. Both programs offer two participation and payment options to match your desired level of commitment and benefit.
Get paid to use less energy
Our Smart Savings Rewards program offers incentives to residential and small business customers when they reduce electricity use during times of peak summer electricity demand, thereby helping to alleviate the strain on New York States power supply. Participants allow us to make brief limited temperature adjustments from May 1 to September 30 on non-holiday weekdays when summer electricity demand is at its highest. Participation is voluntary and customers can opt out of temperature adjustments at any point by adjusting their air conditioning temperature.
