Company President Rick Ehrgott was the founder of PenPower, a recruiting firm providing contract and permanent personnel for the GE Energy companies, as well as companies outside of GE Worldwide. In 2001 he teamed with Dick Emery to establish Rev1 Power Services, Inc. and later, its subsidiary divisions Rev1 Nuclear, and Rev1 Air Quality. Now with over 150 engineers and technicians deployed in more than 17 countries, Rev1 has rapidly grown to four offices operating at key locations around the U.S., having the ability to place resources where and when they are needed, quickly and with little advance notice.
