Resolute is rapidly becoming a Delaware Basin pure play. Since 2011 Resolute has been active in Delaware Basin, and has drilled and completed more than 30 mid-length and long lateral horizontal wells, targeting the Wolfcamp A and B formations. The Company’s Delaware Basin focus allows it to maximize drilling, completion and operating efficiencies in the most attractive oil and gas province in the United States. Pro forma for the Bronco acquisition scheduled to close in May 2017, the Company will have 21,000 net acres and a drilling inventory of more than 460 wells, giving Resolute an identified opportunity set of more than ten years’ worth of activity. Resolute has announced plans to sell its Aneth Field assets, its sole remaining non-Delaware Basin asset.

The Company’s Delaware Basin drilling success has led to dramatic production growth, with visibility to continue that trend.With a two rig drilling program in 2017, and possible expansion to three rigs this year, Resolute expects to grow production 85% year-over-year. Resolute benefits from the efficiencies of its concentrated acreage position. Because Resolute operates substantially all of its properties, the Company can control the pace and timing of activities as it acceleration production in Reeves County.
