MIX OFF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

We offer a complete mix-off service with experienced hands and quality equipment.  Our crew is trained to work with the solids control company and rig site manager to ensure a smooth operation and minimize any down time.  We offer complete back yard management to include the management of trucking and landfill manifests.  Our drilling chemicals include solidification materials, polymers, defoamers, degreasers, and more.  Our poly-corn blend solidification product is a superior choice for air rig cuttings and can reduce haul off by as much as 50% in some cases. 

PRESSURE WASHING

Whether it is a rig move or cleaning mats and tanks, we are equipped and ready to handle all of your needs. With 10 enclosed pressure washing trailers our units produce temperatures of up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit and up to 5500 psi of cleaning pressure. Our team includes techs who have worked on drilling rigs and understand the process and procedures involved in rig moves and make the process as seamless as possible. We offer the most efficient and professional crews you will experience resulting in lower costs while maintaining high quality results.

DRILL OUT CHEMICALS AND BLENDING UNITS

We offer a superior line of chemical products at highly competitive pricing.  Our chemicals are made locally and can be adjusted on the fly to correct for any unforeseen changes that may occur in your formation.   RW Products Blending Units are OSHA approved, well maintained,  and facilitate our 24 hour services.
