The Häring company can almost be described as an "ancestor" among solar companies. Robert Häring has been active in the field of regenerative energy technology for almost 30 years. As an authorized dealer formerly of Schott-Solar AG and currently LG Solar for western Bavaria, his company has now firmly established itself in the industry. He currently employs 14 people. In addition to wholesaling, Häring-Solar continues to build its own solar systems, for which four permanent fitters are responsible.

At the beginning of the 1990s, the 1000 roofs program was launched, with which photovoltaic systems were funded nationwide for the first time. “We built around 80 of 250 systems in Bavaria at that time alone,” says Häring. Now it was time for him to convert the sole proprietorship into a GmbH, which would be his future main occupation.

In 1995 the new company building in Schwabmünchen was completed. The company then grew steadily and Häring acquired a plot of land in nearby Obermeitingen. Two warehouses were built there in 2001 and 2005. The solar company has already left clear traces in the young Obermeiting industrial estate: the sun is reflected in blue-black glass surfaces on almost every south-facing roof - naturally also on the two Häring warehouses: around 1000 m² of solar modules are installed here, including a test field for inverters.
