Over the following eleven years, Dave excelled as a journeyman, gaining experience in residential, commercial and industrial electrical work. Dave is the former owner of Enerkem Electrical Services Inc. which specialized in commercial and residential energy management and savings systems. From July 2013 to February 2015, Dave worked as the electrical superintendent for the Quest Carbon Capture and Storage Project. This project endeavours to greatly reduce the amount of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere. It was working on this project that led Dave to realize his interest in doing something to positively impact the environment and help steer our province away from its reliance on fossil fuels.
