Peregrine Petroleum, with offices in Houston and Dallas, was founded in October 2008 by former Hunt Petroleum Corporation personnel. The Peregrine Petroleum team is focused on creating sustainable long-term growth through exploration and development in established producing basins with infrastructure in place.  Peregrine is seeking joint ventures with proven, reputable partners, and acquisitions in our focus areas: the Williston Basin, the Permian Basin and the Anadarko Basin. Peregrine is targeting significant producing assets which are underdeveloped and possess drilling opportunities from multiple horizons where utilization of new drilling and completion technology will provide long-term growth.
