• Remove ammonia from wastewater with a physical process. Use can be made of landfill gas to heat liquid streams, or waste heat from, for example, gas engines may also be employed.
• The management of landfill gas and leachate on an ongoing basis can be a complex, unexpectedly costly and time consuming activity. We can offer finance for projects to build, own and operate on the basis of performance.

BIOGAS CONTROL AND USE

The use of biogas as a fuel is an established commercial activity and has been proven on many projects across the world.  The technology has developed to the point where the unpredictability of using such an fuel can now be classified as predictable.  Organics USA can provide a complete service to undertake feasibility studies or due diligence studies and, should any particular project be considered commercially viable, we design, construct and install the system. Once commissioned we move to the operational phase where operation and maintenance is of paramount importance for long-term commercial success.  As a key component within a comprehensive supply package, Organics is able to offer a range of finance options for realizing projects. These include simple leasing operations  through to comprehensive finance and post-construction operation and maintenance services.

A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH

Organics USA employs a unique process for the execution of any environmental engineering project such as wastewater treatment and biogas and uses technology specifically developed from many years of experience to ensure optimal long-term performance.

• The first step is the assessment of a particular situation. There are several different approaches to any given project and flexibility and adaptation are important.
• Armed with all the relevant details, our engineers propose several options for the design to be used for each situation; a balancing act between cost, logistics and common sense.
• Once the proposal has been adapated to the circumstances, the design of the system is approved and implemented. As these are usually bespoke systems, attention to detail is paramount.
• The project moves to the workshop and our skilled technicians and subcontractors commence fabrication to specific design criteria ensuring that quality remains foremost.
• Working closely with local contractors our engineers plan every detail of construction, installation and commissioning; always ensuring high standards in quality and safety.
• The principal objective is to ensure an effective long-term solution for environmental control and optimization. As such, post-installation operation and maintenance must be second to none.
