Have acted as the principal commissioning authority for several projects during the past year

Have experience with the requirements and applications of the USGBC’s LEED Green Building Rating System

Are experienced in quality processes

Have extensive experience in the operation and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, energy management control systems, direct digital controls (DDC) and lighting controls systems

Are knowledgeable in building operation and maintenance and O&M training

Are knowledgeable in test and balance of both air and water systems

Are experienced in energy-efficient equipment design and control strategy optimization

Have direct experience in monitoring and analyzing system operation using energy management control system trending and stand-alone data logging equipment

Are experienced with indoor air quality testing procedures

Have excellent verbal and written communications skills, highly organized and able to work both with management and trade contractors

 ONIX, Inc.’s principal commissioning authority have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and are licensed Professional Engineers
