North American Helium is a Calgary-based private helium exploration and production company founded in 2013. We have acquired rights to explore for and produce helium on an expanding property base of over 4,400,000 acres in the province of Saskatchewan and in the States of Utah and Arizona. The company has drilled over 20 wells, discovered substantial reserves of helium, moved our Battle Creek field to commercialization and are actively delineating several new discoveries.  Since November 2019, the Company successfully raised approximately $123 million to support ongoing exploration, development and production operations. This strong show of support not only validates management’s track record for delivering on its plan, but also funds the advancement of North American Helium toward the goal of becoming a self-funded growth company, which is achieved with the completion of the Battle Creek production facility anticipated in June 2021.  Helium is a vital element. From medical imaging and research to space exploration and national defense applications, major technologies in our lives rely on helium. North American Helium is well-positioned to meet growing long-term demand for helium thanks to its assets in the right jurisdiction, in the right location and with the right geology to reliably deliver helium supply to world markets.  Our goal is to develop new sources of helium supply in North America, the world's largest helium market, to ensure that this vital element is available for science and industry in the coming decades.
