For over 50 years, Neill Gas, Inc. has provided safe, efficient, prompt deliveries of propane and related products to customers in Mississippi and Louisiana.

The Waring family, of Vicksburg’s Waring Oil, acquired Neill Butane, Inc. in 1960 and changed the name to Neill Gas, Inc. in 1989. Neill Gas has continually grown, adding new customers in Mississippi and Louisiana.  Neill Gas, Inc. has grown through acquisitions over the years, including:

• 1977: McLain Gas (Vicksburg, MS)
• 1989: Empire Gas (Tallulah, LA)
• 1995: Alford Gas (MS Gulf Coast)
• 2006: The Butane Propane Company of B.C. Rogers Oil Company (Morton, MS)
