Efficiency Service Plan

Our Efficiency Service Plan provides a safety inspection of your heating system based on the manufacturer’s recommendations as well as industry best practices. Additionally, you’ll rest easy knowing you’re always prepared for the unexpected – 24/7 emergency service is included in the event your system ever needs an unplanned repair. This plan also covers an annual tune-up to keep your system running efficiently (saving you on fuel usage and helping to extend the life of your equipment).

Premium Service Plan

With our Premium Service Plan, we conduct a thorough safety inspection of your heating system based on the manufacturer’s recommendations to make sure everything is operating the way it should. And, if your system unexpectedly stops working, we include 24/7 emergency repair service as well. In our Premium Service Plan, we also provide an annual tune-up of your equipment to keep your system running smoothly all year. Yearly tune-ups also help save on fuel usage, and your equipment will last longer too.

Platinum Service Plan

Our Platinum Service Plan is designed to keep your heating system operating well throughout the year. To start, one of our trained technicians will conduct a safety inspection of your equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and industry best practices. Additionally, if your system ever needs unexpected repair, you’ll always have peace of mind with our 24/7 emergency service. And with our Platinum Plan’s annual tune-up, your system will not only continue to run efficiently, but you’ll also save on fuel usage and extend the life of your equipment as well.

Water Heater Service Plan

Our Water Heater Service Plan ensures you’ll always be prepared for the unexpected. With 24/7 emergency service, we’ll be there if your system ever needs any unplanned repairs. Plus, this plan includes an annual tune-up, and having your water heater system serviced annually helps keep your equipment running as it should all year long (annual tune-up must be done in conjunction with heating system tune-up).

Service Plan Eligibility

Our service plans are available to residential and commercial customers who purchase all of their fuel from Mohegan Oil Company and are not delinquent with any bills, including the price of the plan.

Renewals and Cancellations

Amendment and Cancellation – We may amend or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any change in the manner provided by applicable law prior to the effective date of the change. However, if the change is for security purposes, we can implement such change without prior notice. We may suspend or cancel this Agreement at any time. Your termination of this Agreement will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under this Agreement prior to termination.

Guarantee

Workmanship and materials have a 30-day guarantee from the date of completion. Service plans are non-refundable but may be transferred from seller to buyer contingent upon the new owner using Mohegan Oil Company to supply their fuel.
