Midtex Oil is one of Texas foremost petroleum distributors providing quality fuel and lubricants to customers throughout the state. Midtex Oil also owns and operates approximately 20 convenience stores in the San Antonio area under two brands - We are family owned and have been operating out New Braunfels, Texas, since 1966. Since then, we have expanded our "family" to include our 250-plus employees from New Braunfels and San Antonio to Houston and Beaumont.

Community Involvement

Our goal is to be an ideal corporate citizen by making New Braunfels and the Greater San Antonio area a better place for children and families to live, work and play. We live by and contribute according to this philosophy. Since our humble beginning in 1966, we have regularly sponsored and donated to local schools, athletic programs, churches, civic organizations and community fundraisers. We also do our best to take care of individuals within our team who happen to fall upon hard times and need help.

Throughout each year we typically make a substantial amount of financial donations to a wide variety of nonprofit organizations. We also contribute products and equipment from our stores to help make non-profit events more successful. The Directors of Midtex Oil also donate their time and knowledge to local organizations and boards such as the local Rotary Clubs, The Wurstfest Association, McKenna Foundation Board, Church Boards, and various school committees.

Gasoline Distributor

Gasoline is most commonly used as an engine fuel in vehicles. It is made of crude oil (also called petroleum) which is a dark, thick substance found underground. At Midtex Oil, we distribute reformulated quality gasolines, both branded and un-branded, to the Austin, Houston, and San Antonio areas.

Like our diesel fuels, we source our gasoline products only from quality terminals operated by major fuel refineries, such as Motiva, Magellan, and Enterprise.
