As a consultant, she has managed projects for a wide variety of clients, including producers, processors, marketers and transporters of gas, NGL’s, refinery LPG’s, and LNG, banks, investors, government agencies, insurers, and others whose business interests include midstream. As a Group Manager in the Natural Gas and Utilities practice at Jacobs Consultancy (formerly the Pace Consultants), she managed the Hodson Olefins Database product, which tracks feedstock consumption trends and production economics in the U.S. ethylene industry. She also has over 20 years’ experience in assessing motor fuels compliance regulations and developing strategies to capitalize on the inevitable changes wrought by policy.
Stan Keller’s experience provides Midstream with the technology breadth to provide the industry insight and practical knowledge needed to cope with the massive amounts of information that is needed today to monitor and report on business in real time. His industry experience spans petroleum refining and mid and back office systems and database design, development, and deployment for propane and natural gas supply and trading operations. Stan also designed a system to handle regulatory compliance and reporting for companies involved in the ULSD program.
Our firm believes in providing clients with experts who have “been there, done that”. Instead of adopting a “mile deep and inch wide” knowledge base consulting strategy, we have chosen to use a flexible staffing approach. We can draw from a group of experienced professionals with background in all parts of the value chain to create an independent team capable of providing you with both data and knowledge, within the context of the industry conditions you face.
OUR SERVICES
Our services are based on a deep understanding of the midstream business, gained from years of experience in strategic planning, project development, asset management, and commercial negotiations in all types of economic conditions. Along the way, we’ve learned how to better anticipate trends and identify and incorporate uncertainty in a structured way to reduce risk and optimize the use of resources during the business development cycle.
