Through our shared savings program we pay for the entire cost of the project and share the savings with the customer over time. Meridian’s core strengths are in addressing lighting, HVAC and refrigeration systems. Because of these skill sets, we focus on commercial food customers and other sectors with heavy refrigeration loads. Since we are solutions driven over being product peddlers, we help our customers install the best product(s) for the application. We look at our client’s energy use from a holistic standpoint, as it relates to determining what technology will deliver the highest energy savings at the lowest installed cost, without compromise of any kind. Our team manages projects from the beginning stages of development through the implementation of products to be installed. Once projects have been fully executed, post inspections are performed to ensure scopes were installed as specified. From there, we monitor each site though the duration of each contract. This part of our process validates energy savings promoted, and ensures that we are continuously controlling loads optimally, once again, without compromise.
