Laser Cutting

Laser-CuttingMcAree Engineering offer Ireland’s leading laser cutting service. We operate 3 Trumpf lasers with a maximum sheet size capability of 6m x 2m. We can laser cut up to 20mm mild steel plate and up to 12mm stainless steel. We also have a Rotolas which allows us to laser cut pipe up to 6mm thick and 200mm diameter.

We operate out of 2 factories - our sheet metal factory in Ballinode houses all our production equipment managed by our production support team. We have a separate fabrication factory that we use to fabricate large components.

We can laser cut and fold up to 6m lengths of material.

Lasers

1 x Trumpf 5060 laser: working area 6000 x 2000mm, fully automated
2 x Trumpf lasers: Working range 4000mm x 2000mm, fully automated. Cutting up to 25mm mild steel, 12mm stainless steel & 15mm aluminium
Pipe & Box section: Laser cutting (Rotolas).
Press Brakes

1 x EHT VarioPress 600 ton, 7m wide complete with bending assists
3 x Trumpf Press Brake Machines: Up to 200 tonne pressure folding up to 20mm We can fold 10mm x 3.6m lengths.
Cidan K50 Power Folder: 0.5mm – 3mm by 4000mm wide.
Punch Machine

Spiro Tube formers & Rollers

Spiro Tube former: Range 100mm to 4000mm diameter.
Spiro Gorelocker: Manufacture of segment bends, reductions, end covers and offsets.
3 x Metal Plate Rollers: 3200mm x 6mm.
Pedrazzoli CNC Roundo: Rolling of angle and flat sections; 100mm x 100mm x 10mm angle section, 150mm x 12mm flat section, 80mm x 40mm box section.
