The company was formed in 2008 with three employees, today we have expanded our base with more local, technical personnel and in 2011 opened a regional office in Denver, Colorado. As operators of 13 wells in the Williston Basin producing from multiple intervals, including the Bakken 20,460 Net Acres in the Williston Basin, with interest in 745 wells. Additional company assets include 96,952 undeveloped Net Acres in North America (ND, MT, WY, OK,TX, PA).

Acquisitions

At MBI we have established a highly skilled team for evaluating oil and gas properties. We provide the same services found at large petroleum consulting firms on a more intimate scale.  Our team has valued over 100 asset packages in the past 36 months with efficiency and accuracy that is unmatched.  We are largely focused on acquiring Williston Basin non-operated properties and our ability to close deals is a result of making aggressive, detailed, and informed assumptions on the future potential in given resource plays.  We take a long term approach to oil and gas investments and have been active in various oil and gas operations for over 3 decades. Whether oil prices are high or low we will pay top dollar for the right assets.
