We founded Maverick in 2015, after years of working in the solar and roofing industry We witnessed first-hand the high-pressure sales tactics and poor installation practices that left homeowners frustrated, hopeless, and stuck with solar installations that didn’t save them money. Instead of shrugging our shoulders and carrying on, we decided to do something about it. Thus Maverick Green Energy was born.  Maverick Green Energy isn’t just another solar installer. We’re a solar and roofing consultant for both homeowners and businesses.  We find the best local solar companies in the Bay Area and Los Angeles and rigorously vet each and every one to ensure you get the most stress-free, honest, and cost-effective solar installation. To this day, only a handful of companies have been able to pass the requirements to become our installation partners.  Communities and homeowners found our approach refreshing and embraced it with open arms. So much so, in fact, that in 2017 we decided to branch out into roofing to provide our customers with the same exceptional installation experience, just like our solar side.  Since 2015, more than 500 homeowners and businesses have experienced the differences in our approach and services.
