Service Department

When you call on the service department at Massey, Wood and West, Inc., you will receive service by technicians who are skilled in the heating or Air Conditioning equipment repair and installations for your home. Massey, Wood and West, Inc. provides quick response times on service calls, and our knowledgeable professionals which do each job right the first time. We take pride in our work and in our service from routine maintenance and repairs to complete installations.

Massey, Wood & West installs and services the Rinnai propane tankless water heater. Rinnai tankless water heaters:

• Produce and supply endless streams of hot water to multiple outlets simultaneously without any fluctuation in temperature
• Are up to 50 percent more energy efficient than a traditional natural gas water heater and up to 70 percent more efficient than an electric water heater
• Shut-off automatically when the water supply is closed, providing users with significant energy savings - in turn saving money on their utility bills
• Are compact wall mounted units with a life expectancy of 25 years, whereas hot water tanks require about 16 square feet of floor space and usually last around 10 years

FUEL DELIVERIES

For your convenience, we offer automatic deliveries. Please check your gauge for the first few deliveries until we have a history of your oil usage in our computer. If you are on automatic and feel that we are delivering too often, or not enough, please call us and let us know. We may need to make an adjustment to our computer.We have a minimum delivery policy of 100 gallons. For our will call customers we would suggest that you schedule oil deliveries when you tank is ¼ full. This does not apply to automatic delivery customers.We take the approximate number of gallons used the previous year and multiply this by the price plan available at that time. We then take the total price and divide it by 10 to arrive at the monthly payment. The 10 - Month Budget Plan begins in August, and monthly payments are due by the 5th of each month thereafter. If a payment is received late, the contract may become null and void.

Massey, Wood & West, Inc.has been providing Cylinder Exchange stations throughout the State of Virginia since the Spring of 1993.Massey, Wood & West, Inc.provides personalized service to our dealers, so that they can offer safe dependable cylinders to the general public. Cylinder Exchange is the safest and most convenient way to purchase propane for outdoor grilling, cooking, camping equipment, heaters, and other outdoor appliances requiring propane gas. Massey, Wood & West Cylinders have been inspected, refurbished and refilled in order to provide a safe, convenient method to meet the needs of the grilling public.
