Online Payment Policy

Your transaction, personal information and credit card number will besecure and encrypted. You may use online payment to pay for services and/or oil deliveries. Additionally, you may make budget payments toward your account for future purchases. Credit will be applied to your account for overpayment.

REFUNDS/RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in our reputation for quality products and excellent service. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. With that in mind, the following policy for refunds and returns is in effect:

Orders paid in advance

Any orders paid in advance may be cancelled for refund prior to the delivery. No refunds for oil that has already been delivered. All refunds are at owners, (Richard Erickson) discretion. If applicable, credit or debit card processing fee equal to the amount charged by LV Fuel Company, LLCs card processor may be deducted from the amount credited.
